SPIRITS debut single 'Forbidden Flame' is available at radio stations across the country. Call in your requests if you haven't heard it yet! Along with that, a video for the single has been shot and is expected to be out soon.

SPIRITS played a great show at the Indies earlier this year. The crowd showed their love for SPIRITS and cheered as they played 'Forbidden Flame' and 'Open the Door'. The performance was recorded and you can watch both songs, performed live on MSN.com!
