What separates KID GIB from the pack is their honesty and boundless self-determination. Bob Frazer (vocals/guitar), Eric Horn (guitars/vocals), Nick Koreck (bass), and Nolan Orth (drums) formed KID GIB in the summer of 2001. Described as emotional without being emo; melodic without being pop; and aggressive without being punk, KID GIB deliver "delicious harmonies and hooks that you could eat for breakfast!" (Chart Magazine).

Teaming up with producer Dan Achen, KID GIB recorded their self-titled, full-length album at Catherine North Studios in Hamilton. As their borders in Ontario quickly became outgrown, the band took 4 of the album's 10 completed songs and hit the road; playing shows with bands like Goldfinger, Hedley, The Planet Smashers, and Protest The Hero.

For the bulk of 2006, KID GIB toured relentlessly, selling thousands of copies of their aptly titled "Sampler," across 28 US States and most of eastern Canada. Months of touring in the US were recently capped by the band's "Spring Bling" Tour, in which the boys traveled from Michigan to Texas, Florida to Virginia, and all points in between during a blistering five week run.

With a work ethic that never quits and the energy to match, KID GIB is excited to play anywhere and everywhere! With the release of their self-titled album set for May 1st, 2007, you can be sure that KID GIB will soon be hitting your town. North American dates are currently being scheduled for May and June 2007, and it's safe to say that the touring won't stop there!
